Job summary

CFS in Houston seeks a Technology Recruiter / Full-Desk Staffing Consultant to drive revenue by building client relationships and placing top tech talent. This role blends business development, recruiting, account management, and sales, with an entrepreneurial mindset and uncapped earning potential.

You'll grow your own book of business while partnering with clients and candidates to deliver tailored staffing solutions. Hybrid work after onboarding; base salary plus commissions and bonuses.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of success in Technology or SaaS sales, B2B sales, Business Development, or staffing.
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage a book of business.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with hiring managers, directors, VPs, and C-level executives.
• Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, social selling, and face-to-face meetings.
• Deliver consultative staffing solutions to solve hiring challenges.
• Build and grow your own portfolio of accounts.
• Source IT professionals, build candidate pipelines, and match talent with client opportunities.
• Deliver an exceptional client and candidate experience.
