CFS in Denver's metro area seeks a Technology Recruiter / Business Development Professional to grow our Technology Staffing division in Colorado. As a full-desk recruiter, you’ll partner with local businesses and recruit technology professionals, building lasting relationships across the Denver metro area.

You’ll earn via base plus uncapped commissions, with ESOP and a hybrid work setup after training. A strong candidate has 2+ years in sales, staffing, or related fields and thrives on

• 2+ years of success in sales, account management, business development or the staffing industry.
