Topgolf in Dallas is seeking a Project Manager I to oversee multiple small to medium technology projects within defined scope, time, and quality. You will coordinate with business partners and delivery teams to document needs and manage resources for successful rollouts.

The role requires 3+ years of project leadership, strong cross-functional collaboration, budgeting, and procurement experience, plus travel of 20–30%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years leading large scale projects.
• 2+ years leading cross-functional teams.
• 1+ years Project Budgeting.
• 1+ years Technology Procurement.
• Create and maintain project schedules in Microsoft Office Suite, Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, or other tools; managing task dependency, resourcing, milestones, etc.
• Ability to establish credibility with business partners and IT stakeholders and become a trusted partner.
• Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making.
• Ability to predict challenges and head-off obstacles.
• Analytical thinking, and Time management skills.
• Strong customer focus.
• Technical troubleshooting skills.
• Travel: 20 - 30%.

Responsibilities

• Planning: Work with business partners to determine project scope and document needs and feedback.
• Update and edit templated project plans and schedules to meet goals and adjust for nuances.
• Engage resources, defining roles and responsibilities within the project team.
