Job summary

Booz Allen is seeking a Technical Project Manager and Scrum Master to drive complex IT initiatives in a SAFe environment, aligning plans, teams, and stakeholders from planning through operations.

You'll manage PI Planning, backlog, release planning, risks, and delivery metrics using Jira and Confluence, guiding cross-functional teams to on-time, high-quality results and smooth handoffs to operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT project management or agile delivery experience.
• Experience delivering cross-functional IT initiatives from initiation to operations.
• Experience in SAFe environments with PI Planning and release planning.
• Proficient with Jira and Confluence for planning and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, and dependencies.
• Lead SAFe Agile activities including PI Planning and backlog coordination.
• Coordinate internal, customer, vendor, and technical resources to drive timely delivery.
• Lead customer status meetings and executive briefings on program health.
• Ensure activities meet security, compliance, and governance requirements.
