Qualifications

• 4+ years leading or coordinating software development teams through the SDLC.
• Experience as Scrum Master, delivery lead, or supporting software engineering teams.
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives.
• Experience partnering with product owners and technical leads to backlogs and delivery plans.
• Experience identifying, analyzing, tracking, and managing project risks, issues, dependencies, blockers, and opportunities.
• Experience coordinating dependencies across software engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and product teams.
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business and 7+ years of experience supporting Agile software delivery, or 11+ years of experience without a degree.
