Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton seeks a Program Manager, Lead to design, implement, and maintain strategic, multi-disciplinary IT programs that support corporate strategy. You will lead complex projects, mentor teams, and apply advanced principles to deliver innovative solutions.

The candidate should have 3+ years of Agile project management experience, expertise with Jira and GitLab, and TS/SCI clearance. A bachelor's degree with 8+ years of operations experience (or 12+ without degree) is required.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience as an Agile project manager serving multiple teams and providing tasking and prioritization.
Experience with Agile software project management tools, including Atlassian Jira and GitLab.
Ability to support the Product Owner with maintaining product backlogs.
Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam.
Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience managing project operations or 12+ years of experience managing project operations in lieu of a degree.
Agile Framework certification.
