Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an Agile Coach and Release Train Engineer to drive SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban across the organization. Plan and execute PI cycles, manage risks, and resolve cross-team dependencies to deliver mission-ready systems.

With 7+ years in systems engineering or SDLC and enterprise Agile delivery, you will mentor leaders and lead Lean-Agile transformations while coordinating with senior leadership. This role requires TS/SCI clearance and DoD/IC experience.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in Systems Engineering or Software Development Life Cycle and enterprise Agile delivery.
Experience operating as an RTE or Lead Coach, facilitating PI Planning, tracking ART metrics, managing risk mitigation (ROAM), and managing cross-team dependencies.
Experience coaching, mentoring, and advising technology leaders through a sophisticated enterprise Agile transformation.
Experience designing and executing enterprise organizational transformation frameworks using SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban.
Ability to lead discussions with executives, system architects, product managers, and team leads within the organization.
Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam.

Responsibilities

Lead PI Planning events and manage program-level risks and dependencies.
Drive SAFe training and workshops (Leading SAFe, SAFe for Teams, SAFe PO/PM, SAFe RTE).
Mentor team members, Product Managers, System Architects, and Scrum Masters to adopt Lean-Agile mindset.
Drive discussions with executive leads, team leads, and management to keep ART aligned with PI commitments.
