Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton in the United States seeks a Technical Project Manager and Scrum Master to drive complex IT programs in a SAFe Agile environment. You will coordinate planning, dependencies, releases, and delivery metrics, aligning teams and stakeholders from initiation through operations.

You will lead cross-functional delivery teams, manage risks, and communicate progress to leadership, customers, and vendors. A TS/SCI clearance and a Bachelor's degree are required to join this team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT project management or Agile delivery experience.
• Experience delivering complex, cross-functional IT initiatives from initiation to operations.
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willing to take a polygraph.
• Experience operating in a SAFe environment with PI Planning and release planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, delivery milestones, and dependencies.
• Lead SAFe Agile activities, including PI Planning, backlog coordination, release planning, and delivery tracking.
• Coordinate internal, customer, vendor, and distributed resources to drive timely delivery.
• Use Jira and Confluence to manage plans, backlogs, risks, dependencies, documentation, reporting, and metrics.
• Lead customer status meetings and executive briefings covering progress and program health.
