Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton in the United States is seeking an experienced Agile Coach and Release Train Engineer to drive execution and transformation at scale. You will lead PI planning, manage risks, and foster cross-team collaboration while applying SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban practices to deliver value for national security programs.

This role requires strong leadership, TS/SCI clearance, and a track record of coaching technology leaders through enterprise agile transformations.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in systems engineering or SDLC with enterprise Agile delivery tools.
Experience operating as an RTE or Lead Coach, facilitating PI Planning and managing cross-team dependencies.
Experience coaching technology leaders through enterprise Agile transformations.
Experience designing enterprise transformation frameworks using SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban.
Ability to discuss with executives, system architects, product managers, and team leads.

Responsibilities

Drive PI Planning and execution across multiple teams within SAFe.
Mentor Product Managers, System Architects, and Scrum Masters.
Lead SAFe training and workshops (Leading SAFe, SAFe for Teams, SAFe RTE, etc.).
Partner with senior leadership to institutionalize Lean-Agile routines.
Track ART metrics, risks, and dependencies to ensure PI commitments.
Serve as servant leader for the Agile Release Train (ART).
