Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a senior Scrum Master and technical project manager to lead software delivery for mission-focused programs. You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, partner with product owners and technical leads to maintain actionable backlogs, and help teams translate priorities into realistic delivery plans.

You will identify risks and blockers, coordinate dependencies across software engineering, infrastructure, and cybersecurity, and provide progress updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4+ years leading or coordinating software teams through the SDLC.
• Experience as Scrum Master, delivery lead, or similar role.
• Facilitation of Agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retros).
• Partnership with product owners and technical leads on backlogs and delivery plans.
• Experience with risk, issues, dependencies, blockers, and opportunities.
• Coordinate dependencies across software engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and product teams.
• Proficient with Jira and Confluence for backlogs, reporting, and delivery tracking.
• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree + 7+ years Agile delivery, or 11+ years in lieu of a degree.
