Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton in the United States is seeking an Agile Coach and Release Train Engineer to lead SAFe implementations, drive PI planning, and coordinate across multiple teams to deliver mission-critical systems for the warfighter.

You will act as servant leader for the Agile Release Train, mentor Product Managers, System Architects, and Scrum Masters, and partner with senior leadership to establish lean, scalable practices and delivery automation. TS/SCI clearance is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience across Systems Engineering or SDLC and enterprise Agile delivery.
• Experience facilitating PI Planning and coordinating multi-team Agile effort.
• DoD TS/SCI clearance is required; willingness for polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile Release Train planning and execution.
• Coach leaders and teams through SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban adoption.
• Collaborate with executives, system architects, and PMs to align roadmap.
