Job summary

West Monroe invites you to join our Customer Strategy & Platforms team as a Consulting Intern. You will work directly with clients to design and implement business processes and technology solutions across marketing, sales, customer service, and operations.

You'll gain hands-on experience in strategy, process design, financial modeling, and platform configuration while collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree with an expected graduation date between Dec 2027 and Aug 2028
• Official transcripts may be requested prior to start
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver business and technology solutions across Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Accounting, and Operations
• Gather requirements and translate business needs into actionable designs
• Conduct market, business, and data analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Participate in strategy and process design workshops to define current and future state processes and KPIs
• Assist in configuring and implementing enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, and NetSuite
• Create requirements, user stories, solution designs, process maps, and user guides
• Support testing, quality assurance, and knowledge transfer during deployment
