Cloud Talent is seeking an exceptional IT leader to define and run the enterprise technology strategy in an AI-first organization. You will drive automation, governance, and a modern service management approach across a global, hybrid workforce.

You will oversee the AI tool estate, cloud platforms, and a multi‑million dollar IT budget while ensuring compliance with SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR and related controls. This is a highly strategic CIO-level role in Boston.

Competenze

• 15+ years in IT with 7+ years in senior IT leadership at SaaS/tech/biotech companies.
• Experience delivering AI and automation in IT and corporate operations with measurable results.
• Leading a global distributed organization with offshore or nearshore teams.
• Deep ITIL/ITSM experience including migration or modernization of ITSM platforms.
• Financial discipline: managed multi-million IT budgets and delivered cost savings.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering or equivalent experience.
