• Reconcile Microsoft licensing and usage for client billing.
• Generate recurring and project invoices and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with sales, ops, and marketing to ensure timely processing.
• Support marketing efforts including website content for SEO.
• Assist admin and leadership as needed.
