Job summary

ThinkTech is a Managed IT Services Provider seeking a Procurement Operations Coordinator to streamline purchasing, inventory, and procurement workflows for both internal teams and clients. The role emphasizes organized, detail-oriented work and clear communication with vendors and teammates.

You will gain exposure to hardware, software, and office supply procurement while supporting payment processing and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, purchasing, inventory management, administrative operations, finance support, coordination, or a related role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
• Ability to work onsite in our Greensboro or Raleigh office.

Responsibilities

• Process purchasing requests for hardware, software, office supplies, and other business needs.
• Coordinate orders with vendors and track them through delivery.
• Receive, organize, and maintain inventory records.
• Assign and track inventory within company systems.
• Maintain accurate purchasing, inventory, and procurement documentation.
• Support payment processing and related administrative activities.
• Communicate with vendors, internal teams, and occasionally clients regarding orders, deliveries, and procurement needs.
• Help identify and resolve discrepancies involving orders, inventory, shipments, or payments.
