Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. seeks a Director of Technician Talent to oversee recruitment, training, and performance coaching across residential and commercial pest service teams.

You will lead staffing strategy, ensure service quality, and drive retention while maintaining compliance and safety standards in a fast-paced field environment. This role reports to the Operations leadership and offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have a High school diploma or GED.
• Maintain licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and/or local regulations.
• Maintain valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ongoing technician training, coaching, development, and regular cadence of accountability to maximize technician success and retention.
• Recruit/hire residential and/or commercial pest, termite, specialty, and lawn technicians to maintain staffing levels.
• Review and evaluate ongoing technician performance via ride-alongs and audits.
• Respond diligently and compassionately to customer concerns.
• Ensure overall service quality to maximize customer retention.
• Fill in periodically on customer appointments to help close staffing gaps.
• Monitor branch scheduling and ensure appointments are completed efficiently.
• Ensure safety standards are met and operations are compliant.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of pest/termite control products.
