• 1+ year of experience with networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
• 1+ year of scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, or Bash) for automating routine operational tasks

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite customer support for a geographically dispersed enterprise workforce.
• Deliver technology support operations including end user support, incident management, change management, and knowledge management.
• Focus on laptop support across Windows PCs, Macs, and Mobile Devices with strong customer service and quick decision-making.
• Monitor systems, alerts, and dashboards to identify incidents and coordinate rapid restoration of service.
• Document recurring issues, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps in knowledge base articles and SOPs.
• Assist with automation by supporting development or execution of basic scripts and tools to improve efficiency.
