Responsibilities

• Provide onsite end-user technology support for a geographically dispersed enterprise workforce.
• Manage IT incidents, change management, problem management; document resolutions in knowledge base articles.
• Support laptops and devices across Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms.
• Monitor systems, alerts, and dashboards to identify incidents and escalate appropriately for rapid restoration.
