Job summary
Capital One is seeking a Senior Associate, Tech Operations to provide onsite end-user support and oversee IT incident management for a dispersed enterprise workforce. You will handle laptop support across Windows, macOS, and mobile devices while focusing on execution and delivering reliable service.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication, collaboration with peers, and experience in scripting for automation.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 2 years of Technical Operations experience
- At least 2 years of experience with IT systems and infrastructure
- At least 2 years of experience with desktop platforms and operating systems
- At least 2 years of experience with incident management and reporting tools
- At least 2 years of experience with networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
- At least 2 years of scripting (PowerShell, Python, or Bash) for automating tasks
Responsibilities
- Provide onsite customer support for a geographically dispersed enterprise workforce
- Deliver end user support and manage IT incidents, changes, and problems
- Manage knowledge, endpoints, and business controls
- Assist with documentation in knowledge base and SOPs
- Collaborate with peers and escalate issues to restore service quickly
