Candidates bring 5+ years of related experience and strong IT/financial analytics. Expect collaboration with diverse teams, client relationship development, and travel up to 80%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 5+ years post-baccalaureate work exp; or Master’s with 3+ years.
• 3 years of experience assessing technology, finance, operations or supply chain infra, incl. 2 years in integration/separation.
• 2 years in a consulting environment.
• 2 years in business integrations, divestitures or carve-outs with quantitative/qualitative analysis.
• 1 year in IT pre-deal and post-deal due diligence.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute merger/acquisition plans to maximize synergies and financial benefits.
• Provide operationally focused support across the transaction life cycle (carve-out, due diligence, integration).
• Support IT pre/post deal due diligence.
• Manage and motivate teams; monitor progress.
• Develop client relationships and cultivate business opportunities.
