Job summary

EY-Parthenon in New York is seeking a Manager to lead Strategy and Execution in Deal Technology. You will prepare and execute merger plans focusing on technology, guiding the deal lifecycle from due diligence to integration.

You will manage teams, build client relationships, and deliver high-quality services in a hybrid work model. A Bachelor's degree with 5 years (or a Master's with 3 years) is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years work experience (or Master's with 3 years).
• 3 years in technology/finance/ops assessments; 2 years in integration/separation.
• 2 years in a consulting environment.
• 2 years in business integrations, divestitures or carve-outs with analysis.
• 1 year IT pre-deal and post-deal due diligence.
• 2 years in at least two IT areas (risk, strategy, processes, IT ops, analytics, etc.).
• 2 years managing engagements and budgets; leading teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% (national or international).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute mergers and acquisition plans to maximize value.
• Provide operational support across the deal life cycle including due diligence and integration.
• Offer advisory services across Information Technology functional area.
• Manage and motivate diverse teams and monitor progress.
• Develop client relationships and drive business development opportunities.
