Job summary

Ernst & Young U.S. LLP is seeking a Manager in Seattle, WA to lead strategy and transaction work within the Deal Technology practice. You will prepare and execute M&A plans, assess IT risk and strategy, and drive value across the transaction lifecycle with client-facing leadership.

The role requires 5+ years post-baccalaureate experience, strong collaboration, and the ability to travel up to 80%. EY offers a hybrid work model and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business/technical field with 5 years of progressive experience.
• Experience in technology, finance, operations or supply chain integration/divestitures.
• Experience in consulting environment and leading engagements.
• Exposure to IT pre/post deal due diligence and cost modeling.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute mergers and acquisitions plans to maximize synergies and financial benefits.
• Provide operationally focused support across the transaction life cycle.
• Lead teams and manage engagement budgets and client relationships.
• Travel up to 80% as needed for national or international projects.
