Job summary

EY-Parthenon in New York seeks a Manager-level Strategy and Execution professional to lead technology-focused deals, from due diligence to integration, with 40-60% in-person client work and a hybrid work model.

You will guide IT risk assessment, strategy, process design, and SDLC controls, collaborating across diverse teams to maximize value and manage deal risk. Up to 80% travel possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Analytics or related field with 5 years of work experience.
• Alternative Master’s degree with 3 years of work experience.
• 3 years of experience in evaluating technology, finance, operations or supply chain infrastructure, including integration/separation work.
• 2 years in a consulting environment.
• 2 years in business integrations, divestitures or carve-outs with quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• 1 year in IT pre-deal and post-deal due diligence.
• Experience in at least two IT domains listed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute mergers and acquisitions plans to maximize synergies and financial benefits for technology.
• Lead teams and deliver quality client services across the transaction lifecycle.
• Support information technology deal-focused work spanning IT risk, strategy, processes and systems.
