Job summary

EY-Parthenon seeks a Strategy and Transactions professional to support separation and integration planning for transactions. You will assess IT risk, operations, and finance, guiding clients through pre- and post-deal activities.

You will lead teams and manage budgets while building client relationships. The role requires strong analytical skills, consulting experience, and willingness to travel up to 80%, including international assignments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s in a related field with progressive work experience.
• 3+ years in assessing technology, finance, operations or supply chain infra, 2 years in integration/separation.
• 2 years in a consulting environment.
• 2 years in at least two IT areas: risk, strategy, process/controls, apps/OS/DBs, change mgmt, org transformation, operations, SDLC, data analytics, RPA, cost modeling.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute separation and integration plans for clients.
• Identify value-enhancement ideas and advise on risk mitigation during transactions.
• Manage and motivate diverse teams; monitor progress and client relationships.
• Lead engagements and engagement budgets; provide leadership on projects.
