You will lead transaction strategy and execution projects, including pre-deal planning and post-deal integration, managing multi-disciplinary teams and preserving client relationships. The role requires strong IT risk, strategy and transformation capabilities, with opportunities to shape client outcomes and drive business development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree as a baseline qualification with 5 years progressive work experience.
• Master’s degree acceptable with 3 years experience in the field.
• Experience in IT risk assessment, IT strategy, and IT processes & controls.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute separation and integration plans for client operations.
• Identify value enhancement ideas, advise on risk mitigation and change management.
• Lead diverse client service teams to deliver operational transaction strategies.
• Travel up to 80% may be required; national or international assignments.
