Harris Williams seeks to hire an Experienced Associate to join the Technology team in the San Francisco, CA office. The role offers high-level client exposure, a robust training program, and a mentoring relationship with a senior banker to support long-term growth.

As part of our technology group, you will contribute to live deal execution, collaborate with analysts, and help translate technical concepts into market-ready narratives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of investment banking, corporate finance, or private equity experience.
• Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
• Willingness to relocate to designated office location.
• FINRA licensing: SIE, Series 79, Series 63 must be acquired within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Drive work forward in partnership with analysts on live deals.
• Support deal execution and business development activities.
• Provide analytical work and insights to senior bankers.
