Job summary

Morrison Foerster is seeking a Technical Manager for the People Team on our Information Technology group. The role focuses on leading the strategy and hands‑on build of our people technology ecosystem, including the vi by Aderant platform and Workday integrations.

You will write code, design architecture, configure platforms, and partner with HR and talent stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. Strong .NET, iPaaS, and integration experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field with 5–7 years in software development or systems integration.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Strong .NET development experience (C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API) with production apps.
• Experience building integrations with Boomi, Intapp Integration Builder, or similar iPaaS.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Workday, vi by Aderant, and other enterprise systems using Boomi and iPaaS tools; build APIs and middleware in .NET.
• Serve as technical owner of the vi by Aderant platform – manage configuration, vendor coordination, upgrades with minimal disruption.
• Define architecture for people tech integrations, data flows, API docs, and deployment standards across SDLC.
• Ensure data governance, compliance, and security controls across the talent technology ecosystem.
