Job summary

Morrison Foerster is seeking a Technical Manager, People Team to lead the strategy and hands-on build of our firm’s people technology ecosystem. You’ll own the vi by Aderant platform, integrate Workday with downstream systems, and work in a .NET environment using Boomi and Intapp Integration Builder.

You’ll split time between coding, architecture, platform configuration, and partnering with HR and talent stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions that meet business needs across the firm’s

Qualifications

• BS/CS or related field with 5–7 years in software/dev or systems integration.
• Strong .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core) and API design experience.
• Experience with Workday integrations and iPaaS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Workday, vi by Aderant, and other systems.
• Own the vi by Aderant platform configuration, upgrades, and vendor coordination.
• Develop data workflows, SQL Server procedures, and reporting queries.
• Lead architecture decisions and SDLC standards for people systems.
• Partner with HR/talent stakeholders to translate needs into scalable tech solutions.
• Mentor team members and drive delivery, reviews, and performance.
