Job summary

Morrison Foerster is seeking a People Systems Analyst to support HR systems including Workday and iCIMS, deliver reporting, and assist with system improvements. This role collaborates with IT, vendors, and HR stakeholders to maintain secure, data-driven HR operations.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree with 2–4 years of HR systems experience and strong analytical, communication, and project-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 2–4 years of HR systems experience.
• Experience with Workday HCM, iCIMS, and web-based HR applications.
• Proficiency with ad hoc reporting tools, Excel, databases, and file management.

Responsibilities

• Support HR Systems projects from requirements through testing and deployment.
• Provide production support for Workday, iCIMS, and other HR systems, including troubleshooting and reporting.
• Partner with IT, vendors, and functional teams to support integrations and improvements.
• Develop and maintain system documentation and end-user training materials.
• Assist with SharePoint maintenance and backup for HR systems operations.
• Stay current on HR and technology trends to improve efficiency and client service.
• Promote client service principles and ensure data confidentiality.
