Job summary

Flagship Financial Group seeks a Manager, People Technology & Process to lead our HR technology ecosystem, including HRIS, ATS, workflows, integrations, and data governance. You will drive automation, standardization, and scalable processes to improve the employee experience while ensuring security and compliance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in HR Technology or related fields.
• 3+ years in people leadership, project leadership, or program management.
• Experience owning and administering enterprise HRIS with workflows and integrations.
• Proven success leading HR technology or process transformation projects.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to design and implement HR systems.
• Experience building HR reporting, dashboards, and analytics for business stakeholders.
• Experience in a sophisticated HR shared services environment is preferred.
