Qualifications

• Extensive data science leadership experience at scale.
• 3+ years managing data science teams.
• Trusted partner to senior product and business leaders on API or developer-facing products.
• Strong product sense and business judgment for developer/B2B products.
• Deep expertise in experimental design, causal inference, and statistical modeling.
• Fluency in Python and SQL to stay hands-on and guide others.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic partner to Developer Platform product leads and shape strategy.
• Set data science agenda for Developer Platform and prioritize impact.
• Manage and develop a small team of Product Data Scientists.
• Frame important questions facing the platform and provide clear recommendations.
• Define metrics and measurement frameworks for platform success.
