You will set the data science agenda, frame critical questions, and drive measurable impact using advanced modeling, experimentation, and strong product judgment in a fast‑moving environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Significant experience leading data science teams or analytics for a product area.
• Proven ability to influence product strategy with data-driven insights.
• Strong proficiency in experimental design, causal inference, and statistical modeling.
• Hands-on with Python and SQL, capable of guiding others.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic thought partner to Core Apps product leads, guiding strategy, roadmap priorities, and major bets.
• Define the data science agenda for Core Apps and determine priorities and deprioritization.
• Manage and develop a small team of Product Data Scientists, mentoring for decision-focused work.
• Frame key business questions, size opportunities, and provide clear recommendations.
• Define Core Apps success metrics and measurement frameworks to align teams and leadership.
• Lead experimentation and causal inference work and drive high-stakes analyses.
• Turn complex analyses into clear narratives for senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Establish foundational data practices and analytics infrastructure to support rapid iteration.
