Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers to ship high quality work quickly, owning planning, prioritization, delivery, and operational health.
• Partner with product to set your team's roadmap, and bring a strong point of view on what developers need.
• Talk to customers directly and turn what you learn into engineering priorities.
• Guide API design and architecture decisions for distributed systems that have to stay reliable as usage grows.
• Work closely with Research, Safeguards, Security, and go-to-market teams to bring new model capabilities to developers safely.
• Recruit, coach, and grow strong engineers.
• Collaborate across functions to align teams you don’t manage.
• Care about Anthropic's mission and developing AI safely.
