Job summary

Anthropic Limited is seeking a senior data science leader embedded in the Developer Platform product team. You will guide data-informed decisions, shape the platform's analytics strategy, and manage a small team of Product Data Scientists to raise the bar for data-driven product decisions.

You will work with senior leaders to define metrics, run experiments, and produce clear narratives that inform go-to-market and product direction as Anthropic scales its frontier AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading analytics for a product area at scale.
• 3+ years of managing data science teams, setting direction and developing senior scientists.
• Trusted partner to senior product and business leaders on API or developer-facing products.
• Strong product sense and business judgment for developer and B2B products.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Developer Platform product leads to shape strategy, roadmaps, and bets.
• Set the data science agenda and deprioritize areas with less impact.
• Coach a small team of Product Data Scientists to influence decisions.
• Frame key questions, size opportunities, and provide clear recommendations.
