Anthropic is seeking a technical leader to own end-to-end product development for Claude Science. You will shape roadmaps, work directly with researchers, and translate insights into scalable software.

You will partner with product and design to turn scientific workflows into shipped products and drive improvements in model capabilities and evaluation frameworks. We value cross-functional leadership, experience turning 0→1 products into real-world applications, and the ability to operate with

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.
• Field relevant to the role demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience.
• Experience correlates with internal job level requirements for the position.
• Location-based hybrid policy: staff in office at least 25% of the time.
• Visa sponsorship available, but not guaranteed for every role.
