Anthropic is seeking a senior data science leader embedded in Core Apps to drive data-informed decision making and shape the strategy for Claude Code and other bets. You will guide a small team of Product Data Scientists and partner with product leads to prioritize investments and deliver value.

• Experience leading analytics for a product area at scale.
• 3+ years managing data science teams.
• Trusted partner to senior product and business leaders.
• Strong product sense and business judgment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Core Apps product leads to shape strategy and roadmap.
• Set data science agenda and prioritization.
• Manage and develop a small team of Product Data Scientists.
• Frame key questions, size opportunities, and make recommendations.
• Define core metrics and measurement frameworks.
• Lead experimentation and causal inference analyses.
• Translate analyses into clear narratives for leadership.
