Job summary

Planet Pharma is seeking a Tech Lead for the KOL & External Engagement Platforms Global Capability team within Customer Operations. You will lead hands-on technical design, architecture, and delivery for events, speaker programs, and engagement platforms.

You’ll collaborate with Product Owners and Vendors to translate requirements into scalable, compliant technology solutions, ensuring integration with CRM and analytics. Expect 10–20% travel and a dynamic, product-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering scalable, compliant enterprise tech solutions.
• Strong enterprise software architecture knowledge across cloud platforms and data systems.
• Expertise in engagement platforms, speaker programs, and compliant customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design, delivery, and governance for KOL & External Engagement Platforms.
• Partner with Product Owner, Activation Lead, and development/vendor teams to execute roadmaps.
• Mentor engineers and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
