Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in customer engagement or related domains in pharma.
• 2+ years of experience as a Tech Lead or similar role.
• Experience with scaling technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with KOL & External Engagement Platforms Global Capability Owner.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
• Mentor and guide software engineers and developers.

Skills

Experience in customer engagement

Knowledge of KOL engagement strategies

Ability to design digital platforms

Experience in Agile product development

Education

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
