Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Global Capability Product Owner for KOL & External Engagement Platforms within the Customer Operations team. You will drive the product strategy, align stakeholders, and deliver a scalable engagement platform supporting speaker programs, congresses, events, and related engagements across KOLs, HCPs, patients, and organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, marketing, science, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other highly regulated industries.
• Experience in digital product management, product ownership, or demonstrated experience managing the creation and delivery of a product roadmap within a cross-functional team.
• Experience working with event and engagement management platforms, engagement tools, and vendor-supported engagement solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision and outcomes aligned to global and franchise priorities in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Lead the ongoing evolution of the KOL & External Engagement Platforms roadmap with prioritization based on data and user feedback.
• Translate business needs into product solutions with measurable success metrics.
• Drive delivery of a global roadmap across Patient, Caregiver, HCP, and Healthcare Organizations.
