Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support a premier technology client in Redmond, WA. You will help manage 250,000–300,000 sq ft of lab, manufacturing, and testing facilities onsite, working with Facilities Managers, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to ensure a safe, efficient workplace.

You will handle work order management, reporting, and daily operations, while coordinating with landlords, tenants and service providers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with at least 2 years in facilities.
• Some exposure to finance tasks; purchase orders and invoicing experience preferred.
• Self-sufficient and able to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to follow basic work routines and standards.
• Clear communication of straightforward information.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Experience using a CMMS and familiarity with AI-powered tools is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
• Demonstrated customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor work orders for timely completion and closure.
• Generate, track and analyze work order reports.
• Coordinate with landlords, tenants, and service providers on procedures and reporting formats.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns.
• Review work orders, proposals and paperwork from vendors.
• Conduct site walkthroughs to identify issues.
• Perform basic facility maintenance and workplace support tasks.
• Follow instructions and ask clarifying questions.
