Job summary

TP-Link Systems Inc. in Irvine, CA is seeking an Influencer Marketing Specialist to scale our influencer program across YouTube, Instagram and TikTok, identifying, recruiting and managing creators aligned with our brand and product portfolio.

The role partners with Sales, Product Marketing, Paid Media and Channel teams to execute campaigns from creator outreach to launch, track impressions, engagement, clicks, promo code usage and sales attribution, and optimize recruitment and compensation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field and 3+ years influencer marketing experience.
• Experience sourcing, negotiating, and contracting creators across YouTube, Instagram and TikTok.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to track video metrics, clicks and sales attribution.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, negotiate and manage creator relationships across YouTube, Instagram and TikTok.
• Oversee campaign execution from outreach and product seeding through launch and performance analysis.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, Paid Media and Channel teams to align influencer content with launches.
