Job summary

BNTO in New York is seeking a hands-on Influencer and Affiliate Manager to build and scale creator and partner programs. This hybrid role reports to the marketing team and requires finding the right creators, negotiating deals, and driving growth across fashion and beauty brands.

You will own day-to-day partner management, track performance (CAC, ROI), manage budgets, coordinate product gifting and content briefs, and push for continuous improvement across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in influencer and affiliate marketing, preferably in fashion/beauty.
• Experience scaling programs and reporting results against CAC, ROI, and conversions.
• Hands-on with affiliate/influencer platforms and multi-channel content.

Responsibilities

• Source, vet, and recruit creators and influencers aligned with BNTO brand.
• Negotiate deliverables, usage rights, and compensation with creators.
• Manage day-to-day partner relationships from outreach to close of partnerships.
• Coordinate gifting, briefs, and content approvals to keep partners on-brand.
• Track performance and refine creator mix based on data.
