Job summary

Jobtailor in New York is seeking an experienced influencer marketing professional to identify and onboard creators across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms. You will build long-term relationships with creators, managers, and agencies, sourcing influencers aligned with client campaigns and brand objectives.

Responsibilities include negotiating deliverables, coordinating campaigns end-to-end, and monitoring performance to deliver actionable insights on reach and engagement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, talent management, or a related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Existing relationships with influencers or talent agencies are highly preferred.
• Experience using influencer marketing platforms or CRM tools is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple campaigns independently.
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and onboard influencers across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and other emerging platforms.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators, talent managers, and agencies.
• Source influencers that align with client campaigns, target audiences, and brand objectives.
• Negotiate collaboration terms, deliverables, timelines, and compensation.
• Coordinate influencer campaigns from outreach through content delivery and reporting.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights on reach, engagement, and overall effectiveness.
• Ensure creators meet deadlines and deliver content according to campaign guidelines.
