Job summary

ROXON, based in Irvine, CA, seeks an Influencer & Community Marketing Specialist to grow creator partnerships and brand community across platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Reddit.

This hands-on role requires managing outreach from initial contact to execution, building lasting relationships, and turning partnerships into measurable results. 1–4 years in related fields is preferred, with strong communication and a proactive, organized approach.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in influencer marketing or creator partnerships.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with creator outreach, follow-up, and relationship building.
• Familiar with major social platforms and creator culture.
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple partnerships independently.
• Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets and tracking performance data.

Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to relevant creators across EDC, outdoor, tools, gear, and related communities.
• Manage creator relationships from initial outreach through product seeding, reviews, affiliates, UGC, and ongoing collaborations.
• Build and grow relationships with affiliates, ambassadors, customers, and community advocates.
• Engage with ROXON’s community across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Reddit, and other platforms.
• Coordinate creator and UGC content for product launches, social media, website, email, and advertising.
• Track creator outreach, response rates, collaborations, content performance, affiliate sales, and community growth.
• Monitor creator trends, competitor activity, and community feedback to identify new opportunities.
• Provide weekly performance updates and recommend ways to improve creator and community programs.
