Job summary

Social Cloud Agency, a creator-driven marketing agency in the United States, seeks a freelance influencer marketing specialist to connect brands with top creators across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and more. You will lead outreach, onboarding, and ongoing creator relationships to deliver authentic campaigns.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in influencer partnerships, strong negotiation and organization skills, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns remotely.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Existing relationships with influencers or talent agencies preferred.
• Experience using influencer platforms or CRM tools is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple campaigns independently.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and onboard influencers across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators, talent managers, and agencies.
• Source influencers aligned with client campaigns and brand objectives.
• Negotiate collaboration terms, deliverables, timelines, and compensation.
• Coordinate campaigns from outreach through content delivery and reporting.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights on reach and engagement.
• Ensure creators meet deadlines and deliver content per guidelines.
