Applied Intelligence Consulting (Singapore) is seeking a Senior HRBP Lead for its US operations, with strong strategic partnering across Product and Engineering. The role demands hands-on execution, organisational design expertise, and fluency in Mandarin and English.

Onsite work in New York City or Palo Alto is required. The ideal candidate has extensive HRBP experience in consumer tech or high-growth internet platforms, and a track record of scaling HR capabilities across international

Formación

• 3–13 years of full lifecycle HRBP experience, with substantial HRBP in consumer tech or tech organisations.
• Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, R&D or other technical functions.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of US HR practices and local employment environment.
• Willingness to work onsite five days per week in New York City or Palo Alto.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic HR Partnership with Product, Engineering, and business leaders on workforce strategy.
• Drive organisational design, performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Build and enhance HR frameworks, processes, and programmes for growth.
• Advise senior stakeholders on organisational effectiveness and people priorities.
• Collaborate on hiring plans, talent retention, compensation, and workforce development.
• Partner with regional and international stakeholders to align business and people strategies.
• Translate complex business challenges into practical HR solutions from planning to execution.
