Job summary

Fuku by Momofuku in the US is seeking a Senior HRBP/HRBP Lead for technology teams, Mandarin required. This on-site role covers US operations in New York City or Palo Alto, with H-1B sponsorship available.

You will partner with Product and Engineering leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, talent strategy, and HR transformation, delivering actionable HR solutions across high-growth digital platforms.

Qualifications

• 3–13 years of relevant full lifecycle HRBP experience, including substantial HRBP experience within consumer tech.
• Professional fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English is mandatory.
• Strong expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, performance management, and talent development.

Responsibilities

• Strategic HR partnership with Product, Engineering, and business leaders on strategy and talent priorities.
• Drive organizational design, performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Lead HR transformation by building and refining HR frameworks, processes and programmes.
• Advise senior stakeholders on organizational effectiveness and people-related priorities.
• Collaborate on hiring plans, talent retention, compensation, and workforce development.
