Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in HR or related field.
• Hands-on US local HR experience.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Knowledge of US employment laws and payroll compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own US HR operations and oversee overseas recruitment.
• Manage employee relations and information flow, including policy communication.
• Maintain accurate HR records and support payroll and benefits coordination.
• Complete ad-hoc HR assignments from supervisors.
