WD is seeking an HR Business Partner focused on Product and Engineering in the United States. The role partners with senior leaders to translate business priorities into workforce plans, elevate leadership capability, and drive engagement with analytics-backed decisions.

You will influence talent programs, collaborate across HR centers of excellence, and leverage AI-powered insights to improve organizational effectiveness in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; master's degree or relevant certification preferred.
• 6-8 years of experience in Human Resources.
• 3+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a complex organization, or relevant HR/OD consulting experience.
• Experience coaching and influencing senior leaders.
• Strong business acumen with knowledge of Product and Engineering organizations; supporting technical orgs is preferred.
• Data fluency and ability to translate workforce insights into practical recommendations.
• Experience applying AI/automation/tech-enabled solutions to solve business challenges.

Aufgaben

• Act as a trusted advisor and leadership coach to senior leaders.
• Drive talent strategy for Product and Engineering client groups in support of business strategy.
• Translate business priorities into workforce plans, talent initiatives, and engagement actions with analytics.
• Diagnose workforce needs and inform workforce planning and leader development.
• Coach leaders on leadership effectiveness, team development, and organization health.
• Design and deploy enterprise talent programs across Product organization with measurable outcomes.
• Leverage AI and emerging technologies to enhance HRBP effectiveness and decision-making.
