Key Responsibilities

• Strategic HR Partnership: Partner with Product, Engineering, and business leaders on organisational strategy, workforce planning, and talent priorities.

Candidate Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• 3–13 years of relevant full lifecycle HRBP experience, including substantial HR Business Partner experience within consumer tech.
• Strong preference for candidates from FAANG/BAT, leading consumer technology companies, or high-growth internet platforms.
• Proven experience supporting Product, Engineering, R&D, or other technical functions.
• Strong expertise in organisational design, workforce planning, performance management, talent development, and organisational effectiveness.
• Demonstrated experience building or scaling HR capabilities, programmes, or processes.
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a dynamic business environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and problem-solving capabilities, with experience partnering with senior business leaders.
• Professional fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of US HR practices and the local employment environment.
• Willingness to work onsite five days per week in New York City or Palo Alto.

Preferred Experience

• HRBP experience within major technology companies, consumer internet, social media, or digital platform businesses.
• Experience supporting organisational expansion, transformation, or 0-to-1 initiatives.
• People management experience or demonstrated interest in progressing into a leadership capacity.
